Are you an experienced sales and business growth expert looking for new challenges? CodersPeak is growing and looking for a New Business Developer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients around the world
Market analysis and acquiring new global contacts
Enhancing the business processes in close cooperation with the CEO
Negotiating terms of cooperation
Identification of new development opportunities for the company
Converting leads to clients - within the first 6 months there will be targets to be met

Requirements

Fluent English - this is a must
At least 3 years of similar experience, preferably in the international sales
Professional services sales background in the IT industry
Ability to construct and execute business processes
Ability to build trust with presence and body language
Ability to follow sales processes and create measurement reports for targets
A network of IT relevant connections
Willingness to travel (when possible)
Experience with the professional services sales - researching, prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification - is a big plus
