Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w przyszłych procesach rekrutacji

CodersPeak Tomasz Brunarski, z siedzibą w Krakowie, przy ul. Poznańskiej 10/36, kod pocztowy 30-126, NIP. 677 222 66 06 (zwaną dalej: „Administratorem”), w celach rekrutacji prowadzonej przez Administratora w okresie 2 lat od otrzymania moich danych lub do jej odwołania. Dane mogą zostać przekazane podmiotom przetwarzającym dane osobowe na zlecenie Administratora.

Zostałem(-am) poinformowany(-a) przez Administratora o możliwości wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie, jak również że zgoda ma charakter dobrowolny, a jej niewyrażenie skutkować będzie nie wzięciem mnie pod uwagę w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych. Jednocześnie oświadczam, że zostałem/-am pouczony/-a przez administratora danych o prawach przysługujących mi w związku z udzieloną zgodą, w tym o prawie do:

- dostępu do danych, do otrzymania ich kopii, sprostowania, usunięcia lub żądania ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, jak również o prawie do przenoszenia danych i prawie do „bycia zapomnianym”. The data may be transferred to entities that process personal data at the request of the Administrator.

I have been informed by the Administrator about the possibility of withdrawing consent at any time, as well as that the consent is voluntary, and its failure will result in not taking me into account in future recruitment processes. I declare that I have been instructed by the data controller about my rights in relation to the granted consent, including the right to:
